Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, and password. We also collect the contact information and follow-up data you enter into the application.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, send you email reminders for scheduled follow-ups, respond to your comments and questions, and send you technical notices and updates.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only to operate our services (such as payment processing through Polar, our Merchant of Record) or when required by law.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and protected database access. Your data is accessible only to your account.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account does not delete billing and transaction records that Polar, as our Merchant of Record, retains independently in accordance with its own policies.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies to operate the service: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a security cookie that protects form submissions from cross-site forgery, and — only if you check "Remember me" when signing in — a cookie that keeps you signed in across visits. If Cloudflare Turnstile's bot-protection check (see Third-Party Services below) is active on a form, it may set its own cookie strictly for that security purpose. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, cross-site tracking, or profiling, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Because we do not track your activity across other websites or online services over time, there is no cross-site tracking for a "Do Not Track" browser signal to affect, and our site does not respond differently to that signal.

Third-Party Services

We use Polar for payment processing. Checkout takes place on Polar's own hosted page — your payment information is processed directly by Polar and is never stored on our servers. Please review Polar's Privacy Policy for details.

We use Railway to host our application and database. Your account and application data resides on Railway's infrastructure.

We use Resend to deliver application emails, such as reminders, account notifications, and password resets. Sending these emails requires sharing the recipient's email address and the content of the message with Resend.

We use Sentry for error monitoring, to help us identify and fix technical problems. Sentry is configured not to collect personal information by default; in rare cases, diagnostic data sent when an error occurs may incidentally include information related to your account.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our sign-up, login, and password-reset forms from bots and automated abuse. Turnstile is a security service — it is not used for advertising or analytics, and it does not track you across other websites. Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

We load fonts from Google Fonts so text displays consistently across browsers, which may share your IP address with Google when a page loads. Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies or use this for advertising.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data. You may update your profile information or delete your account — which also removes your associated contacts and follow-ups — at any time from your account settings. You can export your follow-up data as a CSV at any time from the Analytics page.
